So what is an Advisory Board anyway?
The most unique feature of GR+ is our ability to function as an Advisory Board to your organization, initiative, or project.
The way it works is simple. You have a problem that you want to address that involves either:
1) A need to better understanding the mindset of Gen X, Y, and Z as a consumer base or
2) A need to better understanding how to interact with your young leaders
We set up a consulting session where GR+ members will participate in a brainstorming session with your leadership team and provide our honest feedback. The input you receive will be from a diversified panel of young leaders, all of whom are heavily involved in the Grand Rapids community already. The best part is we do not charge for this service. It is something that we offer free to Grand Rapids based initiatives in an effort to add value and increase productivity.
We have only a couple rules.
1. We only take on 2-4 projects per calendar year and we get to pick which ones. The more interesting, the better.
2. If we accept your project, we ask that you provide a synopsis of the problem(s) you would like our help on to the group in advance so that we can prepare.
