Seth is a partner in the corporate services and business law group of Varnum LLP. He is experienced in business representation, planning and counseling. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities, distressed asset and restructuring, and commercial transactions. Seth also advises clients with respect to corporate governance and other corporate matters.

Seth holds a B.A. in Music from Western Michigan University and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he served on the University of Illinois Law Review.

Seth is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Grand Rapids Bar Association, and the Catholic Lawyers Association of West Michigan. He was named by Super Lawyers magazine as a 2012 Michigan Rising Star.
