As an Analyst with Adamy Valuation, Brian provides business valuation and litigation support to attorneys and clients for numerous purposes including marital dissolutions, estate and gift taxation, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, and other business litigation matters.
Brian’s experience encompasses a wide range of industries including real estate development and investment, professional practices (legal, physician, dental, CPA), automotive suppliers and dealerships, restaurants, contractors, software development, employee staffing agencies, wholesale distribution, municipalities, and various retail stores.
Brian holds both a Finance and Business Economics degree from Grand Valley State University and has passed Level I and Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Prior to joining Adamy Valuation, Brian was a Valuation Analyst at Stout Risius Ross, Inc. specializing in family law.
